Our team consists of Human Resource managers, who have education in the field of economics, psychology and coaching and in addition to that gained experience in leading positions in HR for several years.

Precise assignment and flexibility
We work – as far as possible – directly at the company location of our clients, close to them, connected to all interfaces, co-working with the executives and decision makers and their employees. We see this as the right way to implement high quality human resource management.

Sustainability and transparence
We work like an „internal“ employee but still are not part of the headcount. All systems, documents, and data belong to the customer and remain there. All incoming applications remain at the customer and his application database.

Cost-efficiency and fairness
All services are billed per hours worked, just hours worked are charged. The client appoints the volume of the work and can thus easily control the costs.
